How do I request an estimate?

You can fill out the request a quote form online or call/text us at (770) 510-8832 with your request. We will need your full name, address, phone number and email address.

What is your most popular service?

Lawn mowing, hands down!  Without question, weekly lawn mowing is our most popular service.  Many of our lawn mowing customers also have us perform other lawn and landscape services for them but there is no obligation to do so.

What are your days of operation?

Lawn Services:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What areas do you service?

We service Dacula, Lawrenceville, and Grayson, along with many neighboring towns in Gwinnett, Barrow and Walton Counties.  Please reference the map below.

Can I get a quote over the phone?

Generally, I will need to look at the property in person. Each and every situation is different and to provide you with the most accurate quote, it requires me to meet with you.

What’s included in your mowing services?

Our mowing services includes lawn mowing, edging of the driveway and sidewalk and curbs surrounding your home, string trimming around all areas where the mower cannot reach and blowing all clippings off hard surfaces. (Shrub trimming, flower planting, flower bed treatments and clean-ups are an additional cost.)

Do I have to be home to pay for my services?

No. All customers must have a credit or debit card on file, which is charged after your services are completed. Our goal is to make the payment process as stress free as possible.

When is my payment due?

Payment is due on the same day as service. If your payment does not process on the same day, a late fee of $10.00 will be added. On the 3rd day of non-payment, a $15.00 late fee will be added, and on the 7th day of non-payment, a $20.00 late fee will be added, along with service cancellation until payment is made in full.

Are flowerbeds cleaning part of the regular maintenance service?

No. Flowerbed cleaning is an additional cost. In addition, flowerbeds that have rocks cannot be weed eaten. They must be pulled by hand, which would prevent damages from throwing rocks with the weed eater.

How do I pay for work other than lawn care, such as landscaping, pine straw or mulch installation?

All major work (landscaping, pine straw, mulch, etc.) requires a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% is due on the day work is completed.

If it’s raining on my scheduled date, when should I expect service?

We monitor the extended weather in your area. In the event your scheduled date falls on a rain day, we will service your property 1 to 2 days before it rains or 1 to 2 days after the weather has cleared.

Can we request service on a specific day of the week or a specific time of the day?

We will try to accommodate your specific day request, but cannot guarantee it. We service specific locations on certain days of the week, therefore, we cannot take specific time requests.

Do I need to be home for services?

No. As long as the back yard is accessible.

Can you still service my back yard if my dog is in the back yard and he does not bite?

Due to the safety of all personnel and your pet(s), we cannot service the back yard if your pets are not secured in the house.

Can I call and skip a scheduled service?

If you skip a service, we cannot guarantee your current price or service day. Our lawn technicians work on a schedule in order to provide reliable and timely services.

Am I responsible for removing any items in my yard prior to service?

Yes. It’s best to remove all items in your yard for safety and protection. For example: kid’s toys, water hoses, cookout broilers, above ground yard sprinklers, dog chains, and all small unseen items. Gwinnett Lawns will not be held liable for damages to items left in your yard.

What if I cancel my service the same day of my schedule service date?

Cancellation made on the same day as scheduled services will receive a late cancellation fee of $25.00. Service must be canceled the day before services in order to prevent this charge.

Do I need to identify my watering system or sprinkler heads in my yard?

Yes. In order to avoid damages to your watering system, customers are responsible for informing Gwinnett Lawns of the locations of sprinkler heads or a watering system just below the surface. In addition, customers will be liable for unforeseen damages to these items unless Gwinnett Lawns was informed after identifying all watering and sprinkler heads in the yard.
